The NRP Steering Committee<\/strong> has approved a new revision of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.<\/strong><\/a>, with a reshaping of more than 14 billion euros<\/strong> to meet the deadlines set by the European Commission by August 31, 2026. This new impetus to Agrisolar 2025 is critical to the country’s energy future <\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n

The intervention, approved on September 26, 2025<\/strong>, focuses on reallocating resources to meet the targets that are still achievable.<\/p>\n\n

Revised measures include Renewable Energy Communities (RECs<\/strong>),agrivoltaics<\/strong>, biomethane<\/strong>,green hydrogen<\/strong>, renewables in SMEs<\/strong>, and the Transition 5.0 plan.<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In particular, funds for Renewable Energy Communities (CER<\/strong><\/a>) focus with greater attention on interventions that are already underway or can be implemented immediately, with the aim of ensuring the expansion of a model that is one of the most important levers for widespread decarbonization<\/strong> and the active participation of businesses and citizens in shared renewable energy production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

More resources and continuity for Agrisolar Park 2025<\/h2>\n\n

The government also aims to strengthen and extend the “<\/strong>Agrisolar Park<\/strong><\/a>“,<\/strong> which incentivizes the construction of photovoltaic systems on agricultural and agro-industrial buildings.<\/p>\n\n

In 2024, 250 million euros had been earmarked<\/a> reserved for primary production enterprises to install photovoltaic systems on the roofs of farm buildings in the southern regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily.<\/p>\n\n

Pending the official reopening, it is assumed that the new notice <\/strong>may open by November 2025<\/strong><\/a>, but the dates remain tentative at present<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In fact, the revision provides for the possibility of extending the measure beyond 2026<\/strong>, thus giving continuity to an initiative that has already generated strong interest in the industry.<\/p>\n\n
