## Digitalization plan

White Energy Group S.p.A. has started a Digitalization Plan that integrates artificial intelligence and Big Data into its operating processes. The plan is partly financed through the **FESR 2021-2027** fund.

The technology programme includes migration toward **Cloud SaaS/PaaS architectures** and the introduction of interconnected **ERP, CRM and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)** systems. Its objective is to make project monitoring more efficient through predictive-analysis tools.

## From reactive to proactive management

Gianluigi Mele, the company's CEO, explains that integrating AI is intended to move operations from reactive management to proactive management, transforming raw data into practical strategies for reducing costs and emissions while supporting operational continuity for industrial partners.

## Real-time monitoring and forecasting

On the technical side, the plan includes AI agents and a centralized database designed to:

- monitor approximately **250 managed projects** in real time;
- apply forecasting algorithms to the management of **Renewable Energy Communities (CERs)**;
- automate internal workflows between different company departments.

## Training programme

The Digitalization Plan also includes staff training. Salvatore Fadda, Head of Origination and Monitoring, stresses that introducing technology is not sufficient without enabling employees to use it effectively. The training programme is intended to give staff full command of the new digital and AI ecosystem and make these tools part of everyday operations.

## Operational objective

The overall goal described by White Energy Group is a more agile, efficient and competitive operating model in which cloud infrastructure, connected business systems, centralized data and artificial intelligence support predictive project management.
