Industrial energy services company’s experts calculate, “Upgrading your home energy-wise is equivalent to planting 9 trees a year.” Debut in the private market with a tailored, ‘zero bureaucracy’ service

Upgrading the building stock by seizing the great opportunity to positively affect theenvironment. It is possible thanks to interventions that lower the energy requirements of houses and condominiums and save energy and CO2 emissions into the air. Like the 110% Superbonus.

With a typical intervention characterized by the construction of a thermal coat, the replacement of a standard natural gas boiler with a heat pump, and the installation of a photovoltaic system with storage on a 120-square-meterhouse, the savings for a family in economic terms is almost 2,800 euros per year. And in terms of carbon dioxide emissions it is around three and a half tons: this is equivalent to planting 9 trees each year. All this for just one intervention and in just one household.

Calculating this are engineers and technicians from White Energy Group (Weeg), an energy services company based in Verona and Cagliari that specializes in industrial energy efficiency projects. The company has decided to compete for the first time in the market dedicated to private individuals, launching the Ecocasa 110% service, a ‘turnkey’ solution for carrying out energy efficiency work in homes by taking advantage of the 110% Superbonus, but without the burden of paperwork.

Weeg, which combines strong competencies in the energy efficiency sector with those in the areas of Information Technology, Internet of Things and Energy Intelligence, starts in Sardinia and Veneto: “Regions in which Whitenergy has its own operational headquarters, which guarantees the physical presence necessary for the development of all activities,” emphasizes Giovanni Tellini, Whitenergy’s sales manager and business developer of the project.

Weeg provides its expertise and experience for a service tailored to the technical needs of the client and the individual building, ranging from the pre-intervention survey, to the execution of the work, to the assignment of credit,” explains Gianluigi Mele, the company’s managing director.

Whitenergy’s EcoCasa 110% service is particularly aimed at owners or tenants of single-family homes, and thanks to tax deductions, applied as a discount on the invoice of up to 100% of the cost of the intervention, or alternatively the possibility of assigning the credit, no expenses will have to be incurred.

The Ecocasa 110% service can also be modulated according to needs. The ‘All Turnkey’ formula calls for the work to be carried out by a Weeg partner contractor; the ‘In Partnership’ formula allows the client to independently identify the contractor and let the Weeg team do the rest.

“The service is also aimed at contractors (construction and installation companies) looking for a partner who can offer access to the Superbonus in a professional and reliable manner to their clients,” explains Giovanni Tellini, sales manager of Weeg.
