WHO WE ARE
Our Story
White Energy was founded in 2015 as an Energy Service Company (ESCo) specializing in technical consulting, plant construction, and support to companies wishing to improve their energy performance.
Our services and expertise have evolved with the changes in the energy efficiency sector, which has become increasingly central to European and Italian economic and development policies over the past 10 years.
Today we offer solutions for obtaining energy savings, white certificates and other forms of incentives, with the aim of reducing consumption and emissions, generating economic and environmental value. As an ESCo and in EPC mode, we design, build and operate cogeneration, renewable energy and Energy Communities plants.
We are licensed as an ESCo by the Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE) and operate in major environmental markets managed by the Gestore dei Mercati Energetici (GME).
Together with our clients from multiple sectors, we have grown to become a point of reference for businesses that want to invest in a more efficient, clean and shared energy future.

Foundation of White Energy Group S.r.l. and start of consulting activities for obtaining White Certificates
2017
Recognition as Innovative Startup; extension of consulting to Blue Certificates

Launch of Virtual Energy Platform (VEP) for remote consumption monitoring; first orders in EPC mode
2019
Verona sales office opening; first edition of WhiteFocus technical event

The White Energy Group
White Energy leads an ecosystem of highly specialized companies engaged in the implementation of innovative projects in the fields of energy efficiency, cogeneration and renewable energy.
Through its subsidiaries, White Energy operates with an integrated approach that combines energy consulting, plant construction, and project development under ESCo and EPC modes.
Our SPVs (special purpose vehicles) deal with plants built under ESCo and EPC modes:they design, build, own, and operate combined heat and power (CHP) plants offered under Energy Saving Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and photovoltaic (PV) plants offered under Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), or through CERs (renewable energy communities).

Company dedicated to the design, operation and maintenance of a 3.3 MWe combined heat and power(CHP) plant for the Cerdisa Ricchetti Group.
Future Energy S.r.l. - 100% owned subsidiary
Company dedicated to design, operation and maintenance of 2 CHP plants, respectively of 4 MWe 2 MWe of Cereal Docks Group
Ensol Arena S.r.l. - 100% Ownership
Focuses on the development of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs ) and other initiatives related to the use of renewable energy sources(RES), with strong local and social impact.

WBE - We Build Energy S.r.l.- 100% owned subsidiary
Specializes in the construction of complete photovoltaic (PV) systems, from design to final delivery.
